Sterilise the bottle by boiling in a pot on the stove for 5 minutes. Be sure they are completely covered by water. Set out to cool and dry on a clean cloth. Alternatively, you can sterilise by washing in sterilising solution or by using a bottle sterilising machine - check directions of the manufacturer in regards to use with glass bottles. Do not boil in a pressure cooker or in a microwave. When bottle feeding babies up to 3 months, disinfect the feeding bottle after each use with the above methods. Once babies are over 3 months, you need only sterilise bottles with this method on a less regular basis, and at this time, you can also wash using warm water in your sink or via dishwasher (place on top rack).

45 day returns: If you are not satisfied with a product that you ordered online (*exceptions below), you are welcome to return it to us within 45 days, unused, unworn, and in a pristine saleable condition with the original labels attached, packaging and we will refund your cost of goods. Items marked 'Final Sale' can not be returned unless faulty. *except skin and body care, makeup, food, underwear, earrings, and custom order items, which can not be returned for change of mind.

Express:only for orders up to 4kg and excludes bulky/heavy items.
Heavy/Overwight Orders: Order overs 5kg in weight will attract a $5 extra weight surcharge.
Click & Collect:choose your local store at checkout andyour order to be there within2 to 4 working days (1 working day for Milton warehouse).Please waituntil you receive an email or text to advise that your goods are ready to be collect.
